  I am very sorry to write this review. We had looked at 3 local granite companies (one of whom was the "Readers Choice" many years in a row). We decided to work with Lesher, primarily because it was a local and family owned business. We started working with Nicole during our first visit. We returned twice more, once on a Saturday where we met with someone else and a second visit with Nicole. There were a couple of occasions when she didn't respond to emails. On this last visit, Nicole offered and we then planned to visit their Virginia granite wholesaler to make a final decision. We asked for a price estimate for two of the high-end granite pieces on the Virginia company's website. We never got a response. My husband called and was told that they acknowledged they didn't provide a response and promised to do so. I don't know why we were dropped like a hot potato. I don't think we were anything but pleasant and positive. Our project is stalled and I'm frustrated and have to pick up with another company.
